Meetings can focus on current production challenges, new formulation projects and material selection. Customers are encouraged to share their substrate, application process, drying or curing conditions, and target performance. Photos, current specifications and test results can also help make the discussion more specific.

Whether the project involves printing, textiles, cookware, bakeware or other industrial coating applications, the aim is to understand the production requirements and agree on practical next steps for product evaluation.
